Yatra Rules & Regulations

• • All pilgrims (Yatris) must strictly follow the rules and regulations of the Trust.

  • Once a seat is booked, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

  • Children below 5 years of age may travel free of charge. A valid Aadhaar Card is mandatory for age verification.

  • Children aged 5 years and above must have a valid ticket.

  • Every Yatri must wear the ID card issued by the Trust throughout the Yatra.

  • A fine of ₹50 will be charged for the loss or damage of the issued ID card.

  • Yatris must report at the time and place specified by the Committee during the Yatra.

  • The Trust is not obligated to wait beyond the scheduled departure time of the bus. Any Yatri arriving late will be left behind, and no refund or compensation will be provided.

  • If a Yatri is left behind at any location due to late arrival or any other reason, the Trust shall not be responsible. The Yatri must make their own travel arrangements thereafter.

  • Cleanliness must be maintained at all times. Littering in the bus, Dharamshala, or any other place is strictly prohibited.

  • Yatris are solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal luggage and belongings.

  • Expenses for local transportation such as e-rickshaws, auto-rickshaws, taxis, or similar services must be borne by the Yatri.

  • The Trust shall not be held responsible for any natural calamities, accidents, unforeseen circumstances, or other events beyond its control.

  • Smoking, carrying, or consuming cigarettes, tobacco products, alcohol, or any intoxicating substances during the Yatra is strictly prohibited.

  • Any Yatri found carrying or consuming liquor or other prohibited substances inside the bus or during the Yatra may be deboarded immediately at the sole discretion of the Trust, without any refund.

  • By booking a seat, every Yatri agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions of the Trust, which shall be final and binding.
